El Yunque Tropical Forest

It takes 45 minutes to reach the National Caribbean Tropical Forest also known as El Yunque. In the Rain Forest the bus will stop at the waterfall La Coca, the Yocahu Tower (1575 feet above the mean sea level), then the driver will lead you to the Palo Colorado Trail. Here, you will be granted 20 minutes to walk the trail from the upper to the lower level, easily and effortlessly. Along the side of the roads you will be able to see some of the predominant species of trees like Ausubos, Yagrumos, Magnolia Splendens, Almond Trees, Mango Trees, and Breadfruit Trees. Giant Sierra Tree ferns, matrix ferns, termite nests. Impatiens, hibiscuses, ginger lilies, hellicons. Bromeliads will be hooked on tree trunks. Watch for lizards.

Lessons are for all ages in a one-to-one basis with the swimming requirement.
